    Managing Director & Founder

    Beverley has over 25 years’ industry experience, gained from some of the world’s leading design agencies, managing branding programmes for multinationals, SMEs and entrepreneurs alike.

    Some of her longstanding clients include: GlaxoSmithKline, Boehringer Ingelheim, Diageo, Procter & Gamble and Kraft Jacob Suchard.

    Beverley has spent the last decade specialising in the Health and wellbeing sector, managing numerous NPD programmes for pure and consumer health, luxury and beauty brands.

    A landscape gardener husband, a son and young daughter and regular foreign travel adventures keep Beverley sane.

    Creative Director

    Jon brings over 20 years’ experience in the creative industry developing effective brand identity and communication programmes for a wide range of UK and international clients.

    Current and previous clients include Boehringer Ingelheim, Hammerson, Heel Healthcare, Historic Royal Palaces, Imperial War Museum, The NEC Group and Savills.

    Jon is a passionate creative designer and typographer and board member of the International Society of Typographic Designers.

    In his spare time Jon is a keen musician, instagrammer and hopes one day to fulfil his long-term ambition of getting a helicopter pilot’s licence.

    Simon has a wealth of experience, gained over many years in the branding, design and communications industries. He has worked with a wide range of FMCG businesses including: Unilever, Procter & Gamble and Kraft Foods International; in drinks with Diageo, Vin & Sprit (ABSOLUT), SAB Miller, Carlsberg, and Heineken; and in consumer healthcare for Glaxo SmithKline, Reckitt Benckiser and Johnson & Johnson.

    Simon specialises in analysing complex marketing problems and translating them into robust brand concepts that motivate and convince their target audiences.

    Outside work, Simon spends his time raising his young family, tinkering with old Land Rovers, and singing. Very badly.

    Sarah’s 18-year career as a brand and research specialist has spanned both client and agency-side in the UK and, for the last five years in Vietnam.

    She started out at Unilever Foods, working on top FMCG brands such as PG Tips, Marmite and Bertolli, and since then has worked for clients including the English Premier League, Premier Foods, Britvic and GSK.

    Whether working on innovation, re-positioning or brand architecture, Sarah’s passion for getting under the skin of consumers and brands never wavers.

    As an escape from all that thinking, Sarah’s recently taken up lacquer painting – an ancient Vietnamese art – and is currently putting the finishing touches to what she describes as ‘not a work of art’.

    Since starting out as an artworker 22 years ago, Paul’s career in graphic design and production management has taken him from global manufacturing and leading design agencies and now to Vietnam.

    Clients have included Mars, Shell, Colgate-Palmolive, Reckitt Benckiser and GSK, and, recently in Asia global NGOs, international schools and corporate clients.

    Paul is a multi-talented artwork and visualising specialist with design and production skills that span brand identity, print and digital media.

    After a long day spent in the studio, Paul can often be found in the gym and enjoys nothing more than to relax with a cold beer and a hot curry.
