Producing a comprehensive visitor wayfinding scheme for a Royal Palace

To coincide with the opening of a major exhibition about Diana, Princess of Wales, ALL Creative were commissioned to help deliver a new visitor arrivals scheme at Kensington Palace – home to Britain’s young royals for over 300 years.

Our work involved a comprehensive review of all visitor communication and wayfinding throughout the palace, that helped simplify and enhance the visitor journey and improve navigation for everyone.

Our strategic and creative work included the application and evolution of an existing wayfinding and signage system previously adopted by HRP in 2008.
