Effecting employee behaviour change globally
Reaching over 8,000 employees, our campaign for Perrigo plc helped bring a new corporate vision to life by celebrating and embedding fresh behaviours and values.
Challenge
The new “One Perrigo” vision – centred on health and wellness solutions and a purpose-driven culture – aims to inspire innovation, inclusivity, and personal growth across the business.
Our role was to energise employees around Perrigo’s new behaviours and spark genuine enthusiasm and action.
Strategy
We challenged the idea that employees would automatically engage with the programme just because it was part of a corporate initiative. Instead, we brought the behaviours to life both tonally and visually, in ways that were engaging and easy to relate to.
We created a rallying cry, FORWARD AS ONE, and focused on how the new behaviours would benefit individuals and how they could apply them in their day-to-day work.
Creative Solutions
Using ‘everywoman/everyman’ silhouettes, we highlighted how employees are central to Perrigo’s culture. These were paired with informal graphic icons to express the essence of each behaviour.
Through posters, animation, a ‘Book of Brilliance’, PowerPoint decks, and environmental graphics, we made Perrigo’s new behaviours visible, memorable, and actionable for every employee.
